QR Code Not Working? Find Out Why
Most codes fail for one of three reasons: low contrast, too much data, or a trial that ran out.
A QR code usually stops working because the colors don't contrast enough, the code holds too much data for its printed size, or the dynamic code's subscription or trial ended. Static codes don't expire, but they can't be changed after printing.

- Remake your code here.
- See whether it's flagged before you download.
- Print the version that passes.
We read every design back the way a phone would, so you know it scans before you print 500 copies.
My code worked, then stopped. Why?
If it was dynamic, the service that owns the link may have turned it off. That's common when a trial ends.
Will ShapingQR codes stop working?
No trial runs out and there's no scan cap. Dynamic codes keep working once you confirm your email, until you pause or delete them.
How do I test my QR code before printing?
We read every design back the way a phone camera would, at several sizes, and flag it before you download if it may not scan.
Can I fix a code that's already printed?
Only if you control the dynamic link it points to. Otherwise you'll need to reprint.
